Embracing What’s Next.
Over the decades, we’ve built a reputation for dependable civil engineering and land surveying—grounded in integrity, experience, and strong client relationships. As our company has grown, our brand has evolved too. Hill Incorporated reflects a cleaner, more modern identity that reflects who we are today while honoring the foundation built by James R. Hill.
Our leadership, ownership, and commitment to quality remain unchanged. We’re proud of where we’ve come from—and excited to carry it forward into the future.
Built on Relationships.
Backed by Experience.
Since 1976, Hill has partnered with developers, builders, landowners, and municipalities to deliver practical engineering and surveying solutions. What began as James R. Hill has evolved into Hill Incorporated—a modern, responsive firm grounded in the same principles that earned long-term trust: clear communication, straightforward solutions, and a team that values getting the job done right.
What Drives Us:
We believe in putting our clients' goals first, asking the right questions early, and being a steady presence throughout the project lifecycle. Our internal culture values mentorship, integrity, and a shared commitment to doing quality work.
